Recently, TikToker Koya Simpson has popularized the “Bean Diet,” consisting of two cups of beans a day, as she approached perimenopause’s hormonal and energy challenges. Through the bean protocol, she has experienced restored sleep, calm euphoria, weight loss and increased energy levels. This bean queen has promoted this way of eating for so many women who are crashing out under single motherhood and health issues accelerated by end times and early perimenopause. I believe she is a genetic Israelite. Like Joseph in Egypt showed the Egyptians how to preserve seed for famine, she is helping us to preserve our health and bodies in our end times with beans.
Yahsharel and humans must abide by the Torah, with rest, nutrition and obedience, and we are in a food, air, water toxin warfare. When women and the diaspora experience exhaustion and ill health, such as
· Brain fog.
· Anxiety.
· Weight gain.
· Poor sleep.
· Low libido.
· Burnout.
· Inflammation.
· Nutrient deficiencies
· Hormonal Imbalance
People say, “You're just getting old” or “it’s just perimenopause.” And your doctor or peers throw their hands up, chanting the narrative, “This is just what happens in your 40s.” No. It’s not. What most women are calling “perimenopause” or even men are calling aging, burnout, inflammation, and anxiety is HPA axis dysfunction caused by decades of neglect, self-betrayal, chronic stress, nutrient depletion, and nervous-system dysregulation. Hormones are not the cause. They are the symptom.
HPA axis dysfunction refers to a disruption in the body's central stress response system (Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal). It is simply the body out of balance, causing disease. This condition is often caused by chronic stress, trauma, or genetic factors and results in imbalanced cortisol levels—either too high or too low—and disrupted daily rhythms.
Symptoms include fatigue, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, immune system issues, metabolic disturbances, and cognitive problems, all indicating the body's difficulty in managing stress. Obedience and surrender are the solution.
Women or Diasporans who neglect themselves live in survival mode, ignore hunger, exhaustion, intuition, people-please over-give, run on cortisol and caffeine and don’t feel safe resting.
Chronic stress:
· Acidifies the body, depleting magnesium, calcium, and potassium disrupting general mineral balance
· depletes zinc
· drains B vitamins
· impairs digestion and absorption
The diasporan’s nervous system is fried because we abandoned ourselves to survive.
What I will call the Bean Protocol can help many of us dealing with financial restraints as we address health concerns exacerbated by end-times agendas deployed in our food, skies, air, and water. I will compare and contrast classical and biblical natural healing modalities, including the Sebi Diet and Max Gerson's largely plant-based Therapies, with the effectiveness of the bean diet. I will also explore the biblical understanding and fundamental healing principles that begin with a plant-based diet, herbs, and body detoxification.
The bible tells us to arm our bodies spiritually and how that relates to brain, gut, heart and spirit balance for healing. I believe TIKTOKER “Bean Addict” Koya Simpson has popularized this bean diet intuitively, saying she heard beans could help health and modulate hormonal balance and that message must continue to emanate.
Unknown to Koya, I suspect she is a genetic Israelite, whom I believe Yah gifted with this protocol to help others restore their health. Let’s review some biblical healing principles to give us an understanding of how to heal. Because Yahwsha was the one, the word, sent forth to heal and deliver us from death and disease.
We know beans are a classic aspect of the Diasporan meal. Jamaicans have red beans, congo peas in most rice and peas, peanut punch. African AMERICANS. Red beans and rice, black eyed peas, an African American brought peanut butter to America, Africans have red beans, peanut stew, pigeon peas, and the Latin American diaspora have their black, kidney and pinto beans. A peanut butter sandwich used to be the best kids' meal if peanuts weren’t poisoned with mould because they are a complete protein, high mineral, high fibre, with citrus, vitamin C and pectin to rid the body of chemicals and ensure gut health. And a mother can make it in two seconds, provided all ingredients are healthy and natural.
Ephesians 6:13 tells us to put on the full armour of Yah so we can stand in the evil day. I believe this means resisting not only the practical and spiritual trials, but also health-related issues.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of Aluhym, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins STOMACH girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
We are instructed to “ walk with our feet shod with the preparation of peace”. There is a deeply spiritual aspect to healing connected to our bodies, beginning at the feet. When you look at the front and back of my book, ChiYah Eat Life and Fast, the front shows the head and pineal gland depicted as a cabbage, while the last page shows feet walking on the sky or heaven. This symbolizes seeking head-to-toe healing and wholeness in Yahwah. Healing encompasses both physical and spiritual aspects. The body is built as a temple and resembles a tree of life. When we focus on the feet, we understand, according to the word, that we are rooted and grounded in love. The scripture reminds us that the Creator is the root of the fatness of our trees, the oil lighting the lamp of our spirit. When Yahwsha healed the blind man in the book of John, the first thing the man said was, "I see men walking about as trees." If you don’t know, when the earth was created, the first thing made was the Tree of Life, tethered to life itself, with the house surrounding it. This is what Tohu and Bohu mean. People often mistake this for chaos, but the Hebrew letters actually refer to the tree anchored to life and the house secured to life but in darkness and unoccupied. Like a garden or farm with no farmer.
How did creation happen? Because when the Creator created everything, he poured out His own soul as the root of the earth, the root of the tree of life. So, when we talk about our feet being shod with the preparation of peace, we are literally rooted and grounded in the love of our Maker, his soul. At the end of all creation, only faith, hope, and love will remain. Love is the foundation of creation; it is the foundation of our healing and peace. Knowing that we were fearfully and wonderfully made, our feet are rooted and grounded in love, which surpasses all hidden knowledge is what Ephesians says our state should be.
Now, why am I saying this? Because I’m talking about arming our bodies with the strength of the Creator. I’m referring to the soul of the Creator and His love for us. Another word that the Most High said was that “life is in the blood and the soul is in the blood.” If you notice, many people with diseases have their blood checked, but if you have extreme cancer, you need a bone marrow transplant. What does the bone marrow do? That’s where blood is manufactured, and that's where your soul is strengthened. As we work on making our bodies strong, arming them like a great tree, something curious stated in the book is that “the word of the Creator is health to the navel and marrow to the bones.” Proverbs 38:3 “The fear of Yahwah is health to the navel and marrow to the bones.”
7Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the YAHWAH and turn away from evil. 8This will bring healing to your body and refreshment to your bones. 9Honor the YAHWAH with your wealth and with the first-fruits of all your harvest;…
It says that we should put on the belt of truth, gird it around our loins and stomach. Why is this important? Because if the word of the Creator, the law is health to our navel and marrow to our bones, and the scripture says that He literally “sent forth His word to heal us, so the Creator Himself is the word of life. When the scripture talks about us putting on the armour of Aluhym to strengthen our bodies and wearing the belt of truth, we understand that our healing is connected to our gut health. That’s why it says the fear of Yahwah is health to the navel and marrow to the bones.
The scripture also states that everything that is food for the body is sanctified by the word and prayer. In other words, when you eat food, you need to pray over it, and it must be what is defined by the word of life as food—food that gives life. 1 Timothy 4:5.
Why is this important? Because within our gut is 70% of our lymphatic system, and there are also neurotransmitters in our gut, this relates to how we think. The lymphatic system also extends into our brain, which has neurotransmitters, and our heart has neurotransmitters. So, there is definitely a heart-and-soul connection in the body. Why, because the soul is in the blood. Blood is created in the marrow of the bones, and the very creator’s soul is the substance that roots and grounds us in his love, and of which all things were created. The next piece of armour for health we have to clothe ourselves with is the breastplate of righteousness. His word is health to our navel and marrow to our bones.
Now, the breastplate area is where the solar plexus and the Spirit. Breath is literally life; oxygen is what gives us life. The Spirit (Rwach) of the creator is what gives us life and his righteousness. The breastplate of righteousness also deals with our heart. Our hearts have neurotransmitters, which pump the heart, which pumps the blood, and the soul is in the blood. We are rooted and grounded in the Most High’s loving sacrifice and body. As I said, the heart is on the breastplate; it contains neurotransmitters. So now we have a spirit, a soul, and a mind connection, because there are neurotransmitters in the stomach, the heart, and the brain. Seventy percent of the lymphatic system is in your gut, which extends into your brain, and all of these organs are fed by your blood. So now, here we begin to say as a person thinks it in their heart, mind and stomach, so is he. So, if the mind, heart and stomach all have neurotransmitters which cause us to think in them, they have to be operating in unity with the oxygenating unifying force of the breath of life. Consequently, part of our healing process is understanding that we have to eat foods that bring life, but we also have to think thoughts that are in line with the most high our maker, who is not just an energy but is actually a person in whose image we are made.
So we have to ask when we talk about putting on the armour of Yahuwah for our healing, we are commanded to “put on the helmet of salvation.” This is the covering of the mind. Our restoration and redemption are sourced in the Most High and his thoughts of good toward us, and taking on his mind. He says his ways are higher than our ways and his thoughts are higher than our thoughts. So, what we do is we put on his mind we look to the ancient path for the code of life, we look to the designer to learn how to receive his love and love with his love and also how to live with the spirit of his life and to unify heart, mind and soul to be whole.
What is our instrument of warfare? The word of Yahwah, the law of life. The words that bring life. I’m saying this to say that to begin to heal our bodies, we have to look at it on a practical level. Yahwah, the maker who designed us, designed us in his image. And he fashioned the earth with his blood poured out to lay the foundation. The earth is designed with the freshwater ways or crude oil, moving through it. Know that in the same way our bodies were designed with the whole lymphatic system, 70% of it in the gut, moving through our bodies, and it extends into our brain and affects our thoughts. Hence, what we as a person think of, so are we. If we align our thoughts to the word of his creation and life and walk in the word, and the Spirit, we have life.
And if we are what we eat, and our food is our medicine, and our medicine is our food, all of these things are aligned together, and when we understand this in the wholeness of the love and the soul of the creator, we can begin to be made whole and to heal. Why, because the final weapon is faith. The substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen, Amunah. We then begin to emanate life. Amunah is tied to the Rwach or Spirit of life again, to truth, tutelage, to affirm and confirm something solidly. So now we emanate the love, thoughts, unified heart, soul, spirit, mind of life, creating the substance of life in us.
I’m going to outline for you the popular modalities of healing. I do not tend to look at peer-reviewed studies because they are based on scientific opinions about healing modalities or substances. My opinion is that the wisest thing to do is look at the results of healing practices, whether they cause people to live on for 10, 20, 30, or more years, or whether they don't. That's all you need. The proof is whether the issue goes away or doesn't, and that's it. The human body, which is designed by the creator, is the only measure of the effectiveness of healing practice, protocol, substance, or methodology. That's the logical bottom line.
In the past, people often healed themselves, or they were healers in their community who would deal with the herbs and the healing, but people had common knowledge ways in which they would deal with healing themselves. And it was a common practice, as the book of Jubilees shows; I believe chapter 8 describes how the fallen ones put diseases on Noah and his offspring after the flood. So Yahuwah says he gave them herbs to heal them. So why wouldn’t the one percent offspring of the fallen still be doing the same thing? Not coincidentally, when you had described what human beings could eat in the first chapters of Genesis, it was the seed and the herb of the field. The creatures or creations’ clean animals that were used for sacrifice would later be eaten after the flood. That is what the Designer defines as food. But I’m pointing this out to you because herbs were used for healing, which means vegetables, vegetable material, and that’s why the vegetables are so key and important to healing the body.
Now I have had to deal with various health issues and reactions to medical procedures throughout my life. One of the more severe problems I’ve faced is high cortisol stress levels, early onset peri-menopausal symptoms, and this has been caused by medical procedures like mercury fillings and stress. I’ve experienced Meniere’s disease symptoms along with peri-menopausal symptoms due to heavy metal toxicity. I overcame this by the power of Yahwah giving me natural health solutions before and he said this mountain shall be overcome again.
Heavy metal toxicity (including graphene from vaccines), pesticides, and moulds in the body are among the factors that cause disease. It's simply the lymphatic system, the terrain of your body, the soil of your body, that becomes contaminated. To heal the body you begin with the practice of cleaning up the soil in rivers and streams in your body, and so you have to change the terrain of your body. In very much the same way that the earth has to be allowed to lie fallow for one out of every seven years in scripture, your body needs to rest one day a week. Just as the earth can be contaminated by toxins and poisons, your body can be, and so you need to clean it out. As we are designed like the earth and in the Maker’s image.
Genesis 1:29 And Aluhym said, “Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”
Vegetables and fruits are prebiotics. Prebiotics nourish beneficial gut bacteria, improving digestion, strengthening immunity, enhancing mineral absorption (such as calcium), and potentially reducing inflammation, the risk of colon cancer, and cardiovascular problems. They also support weight management, blood sugar regulation, and even mood by affecting the gut-brain axis. This is why the vegetarian diet is so beneficial to health.
The top natural healers in the world in the last century followed plant-based diets and identical practices to rid the body of disease: 1) The detoxification of the body, liver and gallbladder of toxins, moulds, mucus and parasites via the colon using herbs, vegetable foods and supplements. 2). Revitalization of the body, organs, and cells via enhanced nutrient uptake of plant-based foods, juices, minerals, electrolytes, fibre, and enzymes, while reducing oil and flesh intake. 3). A return to solely naturally created pesticide-free foods. 4). And the elimination of manufactured, fake, GMO, hybrid or processed foods is also fundamental. Let’s review some common successful protocols.
There are various protocols involving vegetable and fruit fibre, seeds, and herbs that can help heal the body and cleanse its terrain. Some protocols also remove heavy metals and toxins from the body. Vegetable materials like modified citrus pectin, seaweed, and other substances will mop up mercury and other heavy metals once they are removed from the tissues. These are altered natural fruits and seaweeds that chelate toxins, metals, and chemicals, such as modified citrus pectin, an altered form of fruit packed in seaweed alginates. Herbs like cilantro help your body chelate metals, and bentonite clay can help mop them up. People discuss Zeolite, but it never did anything for me. It may help infants. Man-made chemicals like DMSA, DMPS, and EDTA chelate out heavy metals, and when combined with legumes—essentially natural psyllium husk fibre-- eliminate them via the gut. After the body has passed 3 months of chelation with these chemicals, with no mercury or other fillings remaining in the body, then the natural ALA is the superior natural chelation to combine with DMSA to remove heavy metals from the brain. Andy Cutler of Cutler’s chelation protocol (this is a forum) says ALA should never be used without at least 3 months of heavy metal chelation with DMSA or DMPS; otherwise, ALA will chelate heavy metals from the body into the brain. When these detoxification methods are combined with restorative breaks to replenish minerals with sardines, Irish moss, mineral supplements, BEANS, and probiotics, it helps restore the gut and the terrain of your body's soil, balancing them. Periods of fasting, and, within these protocols, a state of fasting, also restore the body.
When these waste products are removed from your tissues, especially from cleansing life-supporting organs like your liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, and heart, this reduces the stress on the cleansing system—such as the gallbladder. —Pulling out and clearing these toxins improves your enzymatic and, consequently, your hormonal functions. This shift helps you move away from disease. Additionally, practices like fasting allow the body to rest and enable the immune system to go into overdrive to heal. This is another modality my book Chiyah Eat Life and Fast discusses in various chapters regarding fasting, juicing and what various juices do. I will briefly review two of the most successful natural healing protocols of the last 100 years, Dr. Sebi's and Dr. Max Gerson's, because they exemplify the classical healing principles I mentioned. I want to do this, so we can understand why simpler practices like the bean diet work.
Why am I referring only to classical, natural healing? I believe studies and peer reviews are distractions; they often simply decide what works in the confusing realm of micro science, an exclusive field controlled by private councils based on their agendas. Not one has cured any disease, nor is it legal for anyone to claim they have in the medical field. This is not results-based, repeatable, evidence-based science, but abstract theory linked only to often foggy outcome-based biomolecular data and statistics, not successful results with people.
Meanwhile, traditional herbal healing was widely known and accessible to most people. Making healing practices exclusive and so complex that most people cannot understand how they work, while the Medical Industry says they don’t know what causes disease, should immediately raise suspicion.
I also believe the word 'science' is linked to 'seance' and involves consulting with spiritual, demonic, or fallen angelic entities for guidance. Science is derived from Greek Philosophy. I do find the “conventional idea of science” useful in some ways, such as understanding the mechanics of the body and basic chemistry. But it's more important to understand herbs, the Designer's design of the body, and what He says about healing and how to operate the body successfully.
Let’s compare Gerson and Sebi overall. I will show you other protocols because we need to discuss simple protocols like beans. It’s important to understand what they say about food, how the body is designed, and what they base healing on so you can employ the principles in your personal journey. Max Gerson was a practitioner who developed the Gerson therapy, which focuses on juicing and coffee enemas as healing methods. This approach is rooted in a record of an elderly woman and an ancient Hebrew book about juicing and healing. Because he comes from a spiritual perspective, we can see that many effective health practitioners in the natural food industry employ healing methods based on biblical principles, looking to the designer for guidance on healing in accordance with the body's design. So, it’s important to remember that Gerson was Jewish. Although they are converts, there are many Jew-ish people who follow the way with life-giving results.
Doctor Sebi, who I believe is a true genetic Israelite (The Sabeans in the Bible are a Shemetic Tribe), observed the procession of life in British Honduras, growing up as a child. He observed Yawhah’s created order. He never went to school but joined the merchant marines as a young man. He was able to heal every known ailment, and it was even proven in court, and he did it according to the word, according to the use of herbs, as is witnessed in scripture as the means of healing people. He became an engineer in the city of Baltimore, and he became one of the top healers in the world. After immigrating from British Honduras, Sebi was healed with herbs when he developed diabetes and prostate issues from the American diet. He studied herbs in Africa and then healed African Americans and other nations.
Doctor Sebi’s protocol is based on the idea that we are beings of light, with the cerebral cortex and medulla functioning like a power generator. He said, "There is electricity and you, my brothers & sisters, you are electrical." As an engineer, Sebi saw that an electric body requires electric food through an alkaline, plant-based African Biomineral diet. Because we have an energy field around us, generated by the heart, brain and cerebral cortex, we are like the toroidal force of the Earth — powered by light energy minerals. He bases the alkaline diet on the idea that you function like a battery and need all the essential minerals, over 90% of them, to sustain life, light, and balance in your body. He also emphasized that to have life in your blood, you must use an iron that is phosphorus-based, light-based iron. Doctor Sebi believed that herbs can eliminate inflammation and stagnant lymphatic mucus from the body. Mucus can clog your system and hinder the flow of lymph or energy in your blood. He uses herbs for detoxification. In my personal experience, the herbs used by Sebi also remove parasites, including mucus-forming parasites.
Sebi and Gerson died because they were targeted for their healing abilities. Both of these men healed themselves of their own illnesses, which shows how you might find a healer who can treat themselves and be targeted. However, notice that both approaches heal by consulting the designer to heal the design. Sebi said he had no formal education, while Max Gerson was a doctor and supported many of his healing practices with scientific evidence. In both cases, the evidence of their success was in the lives of those they healed. This is the only standard we can truly rely on.
Moving on to Gerson therapy, Max Gerson believes that maintaining electrolyte balance within cells keeps cell walls strong, allowing mitochondria to function properly and repel disease. The Gerson protocol uses various supplements to strengthen the liver; these supplements also help expel parasites. It includes the use of a coffee enema, whose Palmitic acid increases levels of glutathione s transferase in the brain, and causes a form of liver dialysis across the colon. Electrolytes are lost during evacuation, and therefore, coffee enemas should always be balanced by juice. This process is how the liver is detoxified, enabling the body to eliminate parasites, waste, and toxins, thereby restoring health. Dr. Gerson found that coffee travels up the smooth muscle of the small intestine and into the liver to activate the autonomic nervous system with the added benefits of releasing bile in the liver, clearing a greater portion of the gastrointestinal tract and more effectively removing toxins. This is done through the release of the bile flow from the liver and the gallbladder.
Gerson patients hold the coffee enema for 12 to 15 minutes, and during this time, the body's entire blood supply passes through the liver four to five times, carrying poisons picked up from the tissues. The enema acts as a form of dialysis for the blood across the gut wall. That's what a coffee enema does. It removes toxins accumulated in the liver and free radicals from the bloodstream because the caffeine travels the hepatic vein and the portal system to the liver. The theobromine and the theopheline alkaloids and the caffeine in the coffee dilate the blood vessels and the bile ducts relax smooth muscles and increase the flow of bile, which contains toxins and often parasite eggs. Theobromine and theophylline are nitrogen-based amino acids; nitrogen restores soil, and these restore the soil of your body.
Nitrates (NO−3) and nitrites (NO−2) are simple compounds made of nitrogen and oxygen that are usable by plants and animals. Plants absorb nitrogen from the soil mainly in the form of nitrates
Land is to lie fallow every seven years, and replanted with legumes to restore nitrogen and minerals in the soil. Beans are also nitrogen-based. To restore soil in a field, you must plant legumes, which put nitrogen back into the soil. Your body is made from dust, soil, from dust you came to dust you will return. So, you change the terrain back to life-giving soil. Which is why resting is so important. Also, the serpent was cursed to go on its belly and eat dirt, hence parasites feed on the soil of our bodies. And many are released via detoxification.
The Gerson therapy incorporates digestive enzymes and Ubiquinol (CoQ10) to support the liver, along with high amounts of vitamin A from carrot and orange juices, as well as enzymes found in a diet of 10 to 14 glasses of fresh juice daily. These help strengthen the cells while capturing disease with substances like vitamin C, fibre, and various enzymes. Enemas stimulate glutathione production and encourage the liver, gallbladder, and hepatic duct to perform dialysis across the colon, sweeping out disease waste and toxins from the body and brain and improving overall body terrain. Essentially, Gerson therapy combines enzymes and electrolyte balance with body detoxification and a high-nutrient, juice-and-fibre-based diet that supports the body's defence against disease.
Max Gerson’s therapeutic diet includes animal products in its supplements, and he permits the eating of yogurt and honey. Sebi does not permit fermented food products except in the form of coconut aminos and prohibits milk products, eggs and animal products like honey.
So, we can see that here is a list of supplements, vegetables, fruits, and herbs that are permitted in both diets. You can compare them both. The Sebi diet could be described as a vegan diet that bans milk products. Only “original foods” are permitted; no GMO or hybrid foods are permitted. It is a type of alkaline diet that aims to keep your body in an alkaline state, like a battery, so it can function at a high energy level based on light. After following the diet for several years, you are allowed to add fish to your diet. It is a vegan diet, but can be pescatarian; milk and other animal products like honey are prohibited, except for fish late in the healing stage. The Sebi diet and herbs work best when fasting and with less oil.
I’ve provided a list of all the foods and supplements included in the basic therapies for both protocols here that will be on my intoalltruth.net Blog page. Please review and compare them. A common feature in most healing diets is the exclusion of oils. In the Gerson therapy, the only oil you can consume is flaxseed oil, with a maximum of one tablespoon per day. You can’t eat avocados. Although many oils claim to be permitted, I have found that when frying or cooking with these oils or foods, the herbs become less effective. Other therapies discuss the elimination of oils because they can prevent the body from effectively eliminating toxins. Therefore, it is advisable to reduce the amount of oil and fat in your diet.

Cleaning up parasites, heavy metals, and toxins from the body is essential. Vegetable and fruit fibres, known as prebiotics, or even seaweed, can effectively remove them physically through binding. However, herbs and other substances like Hydrocholic acid and liver juice, or ubiquinol, are needed to help remove and detach parasites from the body.
Doctor Hulda Clark also came up with a parasite cleanse called the Hulda Clark protocol. It includes black walnut, black-green walnut husk, Wormwood, and cloves, which can effectively remove parasites from the body. Parasite removal from the body is extremely important, and both people and say these protocols remove parasites. The doctor Hulda Clark parasite protocol can be used in the beginning stages of your body detoxification journey. These are common herbs, even household herbs, that the average person can obtain or already has at home.
Parasite removal is more effective with the supplements and herbs listed in the Sebi and Gerson protocols. And the use of Fenbendazole and Ivermectin.
Another protocol currently being pushed is the bean diet having two cups of beans a day these beans should be isolated removed from sugar and again fat, fat being a contributor to disease in the body weather animal or vegetable.
The bean diet has been pushed and popularised by an African American Koyah Simpson, a mom and ex-basketball player who calls herself the Bean Addict on TikTok. And many are getting results from it today. The diet is said to have originated with many, including Dr. Karen Hurd. However, Koya said she heard beans were good for health and hormones. She is open to the science of it all but proceeded on her own healing journey simply with the idea that plain, isolated, seasoned, oil free beans were good for hormonal balance and body detoxification.

Beans like navy beans, white beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, and black beans and lentils are extremely high in tryptophan. Tryptophan is a building block amino acid. Tryptophan derived from food is used by the body to synthesize serotonin, and melatonin, which helps manage mood, sleep, and appetite. Most of the body's serotonin (around 95%) is produced in the gut.
However, the bean diet is a key part of the Western bean diet linked to Western Egyptian, Mexican, and American Indian cultures. The Seven Sisters refers to North and South American crop planting methods connected to three vegetables grown together in polyculture crops in the West. The use of beans in polyculture began in Mesoamerica, in the region of the Amazon/Gihon, where squash was first domesticated, followed by maize and then beans, over a span of 5,000–6,500 years.
According to Dr. Karen Hurd, the focus is again on using beans as a source of fibre, protein, and minerals in the diet, to help the liver properly detoxify bile produced during digestion. This diet is based on the idea that proteins are vital for our survival.
However, biblical history does not tell us this, and your genetic makeup can strongly influence what kind of a diet works for you. Initially, humans ate vegetable matter only; humans did not eat flesh. Sebi emphasized minerals and healed many of autism, diabetes, AIDs with “no protein” emphasis in the diet. With the advent of the fallen angels and alien species on the earth requiring flesh and blood to survive, due to being cut off from the life source of YaHWaH’s heavenly body, they began to consume the Adamic people made in Yahwah’s image, the male and female. And the mixing of humans with fallen angels, according to the Book of Enoch and Genesis 6, when the sons of God came down and took wives of human women, required that hybrids consume animal flesh. This tendency is most profoundly exhibited in those with the Neanderthal gene, which is foreign to the earth and Adamic creation and resulted from this Mount Hermon incursion. It was after the flood that the creator commanded all people to eat flesh as well. But what was considered food is defined by his command, word and law solely as “clean animals.”
The curious thing about the legume beans, the bean diet, is that Karen Hurd who claims to have promoted it is currently on the Wyoming government Finance Committee. She emphasizes that hormonal balance is created through the detoxification of bile in the gallbladder and that the beans soak up and remove toxins and enable the liver to cleanse hormones and toxic substances like perhaps heavy metals, pesticides, etc, from the liver, and this restores hormonal balance and digestive health and gut health.
Again, we see that gut health is at the heart of everything, with body detoxification as the key to healing and hormonal balance.
In a YouTube interview, Karen Hurd completely omits the issue of parasites in the body. Karen states she believes that our food today contains all the nutrition we need. She totally dismisses how GMO foods can produce toxins in the body. But she does address pesticides and pollutions being a problem. This is based on her podcast discussions on diet. She says you should be able to get everything you need from food. However, she ignores the impact of mass farming, GMO foods, as well as parasites on the body and health. There is a historical pattern of effective health models being hijacked and undermined to favor conventional medicine. Even the raw food and vegetarian diets are subverted by social media posts about vegans who died of complications in order to suppress these health crisis interventions. It seems that, at this point in history, with the US government tightening its belt—quite literally—and healthcare costs rising, the bean diet is a perfect solution to the decline in the availability of expensive animal products like beef and the financial strain on the average person.
Lectins are proteins present in nearly all plants, especially in legumes (such as beans and lentils) and grains. They bind to carbohydrates and can influence how nutrients are absorbed in the body. While some lectins are harmless, others can be toxic if eaten in large amounts or when raw. Beans, lentils, and other legumes are very much restricted on both the Sebi and Gerson diets, which I believe are the two standards for natural healing. Doctor Sebi permits only chickpeas and red lentils in the Sebi diet. Gerson permits only lentils and recommends sprouting them for a day and a half to release their life force, making them more digestible by reducing the effects of lectins, which are natural seed (or bean) preservatives until they are actually sown or planted.
Gerson believes that restricting protein cures disease, and excess protein causes it. Therefore, beans are considered high in protein and are limited in that diet. However, drinking 10 to 14 cups of juice a day is not natural or feasible for everyone. And the same proteins that exist in meat, poultry and fish are not in vegetable protein. However, lectins found in vegetables and high in legumes/beans are not good for us. So how can we reduce the effects of lectins?
Lectins are proteins found in many plants, particularly in legumes and grains, that bind to carbohydrates. While they can have some negative effects on digestion if consumed raw or undercooked, cooking or sprouting typically inactivates them, making most lectin-containing foods safe to eat.
What Are Lectins? Lectins can cause the very issues you are seeking to avoid by eating beans. But they preserve seeds for times of famine. It is no wonder beans are common in the West, which is Egypt. They have endured many famines.
Raw or undercooked legumes, especially kidney beans, contain high levels of Lectins, phytohaemagglutinin, which can cause severe gastrointestinal distress, including nausea and diarrhea digestive issues.
Lectins can interfere with the absorption of essential minerals like calcium, iron, and zinc, potentially leading to deficiencies over time. Some theories suggest that lectins may contribute to increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut) and could trigger autoimmune responses, although research in humans is limited.
The most effective way to reduce lectins is
· Boiling: Cooking beans and legumes at high temperatures for at least 10 minutes can deactivate most lectins.
· Soaking: Soaking beans before cooking can also help reduce lectin levels.
· Fermentation and Sprouting: These methods can further decrease lectin content in grains and legumes.
· Enzymes, Added Ferment, Acids HCL, or Peppers, Onion sulphurs, Spices: Using natural fruit acids like lime, lemon, grapefruit, apple, or a bit of tomato; the pepsin in papaya and green pineapple (low sugar), fermented apple cider or balsamic vinegar; habanero, jalapeno and cayenne pepper sauce; onions or garlic; or allspice and berberine (Ethiopian spice) with your cooked beans or cooked bean salads can enzymatically digest lectins to aid in their absorption.
The most common natural healing protocols share the goal of modifying the body's terrain by balancing minerals and providing essential enzymatic and mineral nutrients. This includes herbal or supplemental detoxification of the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and lymph to reduce parasitic, toxin, and metal burdens on the body. Additionally, removing these substances through the colon with a high fibre intake is beneficial. Eliminating parasites from the body is also a key step. Reducing oil intake, whether vegetable or animal, appears to improve health, only because our vegetable oils seem contaminated.
Vegetables are prebiotics.
Unified body, mind, heart, soul and spiritual alignment with the Most High creator ultimately helps us heal in the spiritual realm to manifest good and long life in the natural. After all, it is the Most High’s will that we prosper and be in good health, even as our souls prosper.
“Beans are also one of the best natural prebiotic foods on the planet, which feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut, helping them produce short-chain fatty acids that can strengthen your gut lining, boost your immune system, balance hormones, and support your mood through the gut-brain axis.”
By strengthening the gut lining, illnesses caused by leaky gut can be prevented. For example, inhibiting the leakage of inflammatory substances or even food particles into the larger lymphatic system and the brain. Healing the gut can potentially reduce breaches across the blood and brain barrier caused by leaky gut and lymphatic inflammation.
Researchers at the Illinois Institute of Technology recently found that eating one cup of black beans or chickpeas each day can lower chronic, low-grade inflammation in the body. During the 12-week study, black bean consumers decreased their levels of a key inflammation marker from 2.57 picograms per millilitre to 1.88, a significant reduction. Lead researcher Indika Edirisinghe, a professor of food science and nutrition at IIT, explained that black beans contain polyphenolic compounds, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, giving them their rich, deep black colour.
While beans are a cost-effective, nutritional powerhouse, they can come with a few hidden, not-so-great-for-you extras, including the can lining containing Polybisphenol A (BPA), a chemical in epoxy resins that prevents corrosion but can leach into food, acting as an endocrine disruptor linked to cancers, infertility, diabetes, and developmental issues, exactly what you are trying to avoid. Canned foods can contain table salt rather than healthy sea salt, as well as unhealthy nitrates and traces of heavy metals. Soaking, boiling, and glass-jarring your own beans is best for a 2-cup-a-day intake and is far more economical.
The most important thing to do is isolate the beans without fat, just herbs, sea salt, a lime or tomato, which is HCL acid, and spices which aid digestion. You can take digestive enzymes or ginger, to begin with.
Many natural health protocols like Sebi or Gerson work with the bean protocols, and taking dewormers like Ivermectin can work in concert with it.
In conclusion, I believe it is a protocol for the cost-challenged to explore because what can two cups of beans do to challenge your health if it doesn’t benefit it?
