Prep for Prevention - Natural Health Amidst Plagues & Affliction

February 22, 2020 (Original Publication Date)

When contemplating disaster prep, healthcare is of the utmost importance. So how can we prevent, heal and deal with disease as a prepper?

With the onslaught of the Corona Virus, famines, plagues, and pestilences are in due order in this time of global conflict and environmental upheavals. With the current floods, famines, fires, and tornados -- disease will abound.

To keep it simple, I suggest you have at least 3 of each category I list below as a good start so you don’t have to feel overwhelmed with getting everything.

Here are some basic principles that can be applied to prepping for health.

The divine order and natural medicine is the best source for survival medicines. And naturally occuring substances fulfill the "multi-use function." They can be used for things beyond a single, conventional use.

Multi-Use Healing Substances When considering stockpiling, it is necessary to store up things that heal that are multi-use. This is the key, so they can be used in concert with one another or on their own. Or even interchangeably. This is where natural substances are always superior to man-made isolates.

Where Can We Look For Healing Remedies? The Ancient Paths.

But first, some conventional healtcare can be necessary and useful. Conventional health care won’t necessarily be available. And it has a shelf life, and it’s expensive. But it must be taken into consideration. To start, there are basic first aid items we can stock up on like:

  • Aspirin, Tylenol, etc

  • Polysporin

  • Polysporin Eyedrops

  • First aid and bandaging kits

  • Enema buckets or bags with disposable tubes

  • Prescripiton meds (70% of Pharmaceuticals, Active Ingredients & Packaging Made in China)

Bandages are things that can set broken bones and strains or cover wounds in a crisis.

Anti-biotics are very damaging to the immune system and lymph. However… Polysporin can help heal small wounds fast. Natural eye salves made from herbs, boron or salt are best. But quickly preventing pink eye and healing small wounds is necessary for crisis situations as they can become larger issues. Eye-sight in particular.

Enemas can quickly reduce body toxicity and parasites, acting as a form of dialysis across the gut wall when using diluted coffee, castor oil, salt, or Hydrogen peroxide. It has been used since the time of Egypt and was in the Medical manual up until the 70’s.

Stock up on your Prescription Drugs. If pshycological or medical prescriptions run out, withdrawals can mean severe mental disruptions that can compromise the safey of yourself and others.

The FDA and WHO, world health organization is already warning that there will be a shortage of pharmaceutical supplies due to the corona virus' effect on exports from China. Often times the primary distributors retract supplies from public venders to stockpile for their own financial interest and the government may allow it for the sake of "public interest." But this can become a control.

As a prep, consider using alternative herbs, supplements, and body detoxification to gradually remove yourself from prescription meds. On-the-run, body detoxification will become essential in light of withdrawals.

Basic First Aid Kit. Pain killers, bandages and emergency kits are necessary in the event of accident or injury, including sterile scissors, cotton. Fevers can be reduced by tylenol, asparin and other over-the-counter drugs. Natural tepid baths instead of pills are better for fever reduction. But in-a-pinch, and on the run, pharmaceuticals can be necessary.

The Most Useful Prescription Meds are Antilhelmitics. Dewormers.

Anthelmintics/Dewormers: The Snake macro or micro is belived to be the cause of disease by most natural healers.

Conventional medicine does create prescriptions and over the counter products to deal with this wheich were extremely benefinificial in fighting COVID.

Albendazole and mebendazole are most frequently prescribed for treatment of intestinal nematode infections (ascariasis, hookworm infections, trichuriasis, strongyloidiasis, and enterobiasis) and can also be used for intestinal tapeworm infections (taeniases and hymenolepiasis). Natural dewormers include clove, wormwood, blackwalnut, morenga, whole plant, Castor Oil and more.

As the Snake is believed by Natural Healers to be the cause of disease, Anthelmintics like:

These could be part of any stock of healing and health products.

The Ancient Path Who Where the Ancient Healers? Hippocrates, Imhotep and... Noah? Thankfully we have some great healers over the centuries who have given us natural preparations to fight such an onslaught. Where do they get their remedies? Even the scripture prepared Noah and his sons to fight disease and pestilence, post-flood.

It’s no secret Hippocrates said: “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.” He also said that the “Gut is the seat of health.” So our food is our medicine.

A large part of what he learned, he learned from the Egyptians, like Imhotep, as most the Greeks derived their gods and knowledge from babylonianism of the Egyptians and the Torah of Israel.

Israel, being in the same region as Egypt and Greece, provided a great deal of the healing knowledge to all of Europe, in particular via the Moors of Israel from 1100 BC onward. This is noted in the book of Jubilees, kept by the Ethiopian Jews.

Chapter 10:10-14 of Jubilees says the faithful Angels of the Most High taught “…Noah all their medicines; for He knew that they would not walk in uprightness, nor strive in righteousness… And we (they) explained to Noah all the medicines of (the fallen angels and evil spirits) diseases, together with their seductions, how he might heal them with herbs of the earth."

"And Noah wrote down all things in a book as we instructed him concerning every kind of medicine. Thus the thus the evil spirits were precluded from hurting the sons of Noah. And he gave all that he had written to Shem, his eldest son (great-grandfather of Abraham); for he loved him exceedingly above all his sons."

Ancient Healing Practitioners of Today that We Can Get Cues From Many of our famed natural healers were persecuted or killed for the vital information they provided around healing. And it’s no wonder, their healing herbs had much in common. Let’s look at some of the healers here in North America and their herbal remedies to learn what they had in common. There are many more than are listed here.

Dr. Sebi came up with the African Biomineral Diet after he was cured of mental illness, impotence and diabetes by doing a ninety day fast with herbs. He retired from engineering and chose to heal people instead. He studied the herbs that had healed him in West Africa. After defending himself against the FDA in a trial of the NY Supreme court, Dr. Sebi was proven, with evidence, to have cured AIDS, diabetes, cancer and more. Sebi was a self-taught engineer who spent most of his childhood in nature observing the "procession of life."

According to Sebi, "our pituitary gland is made of carbon and our cerebral cortex copper. These are the two elements of any power generator. He used herbs to heal and maintain the "electric body." Sebi’s Bio I and Bio II cleansing products, his iron supplement, Maya and his use of Irish Moss for mineral balance provide accessible clues to natural healing.

In 1922 Rene Caisse, a Canadian woman, as a nurse met an 81-year-old woman who had been healed of cancer using a remarkable tea given to her from the First People of North America. The first People of North America happen to be a black skinned people as documented in John Ogliby's Book America. A people of the same ancestry and genetics as the people of West Africa.

Rene Caisse used this tea to heal a cancer patient under the supervision of Dr. Fisher, later Dean of the University of Toronto. The woman lived 21 years after. Like most herbal cures, she found the "essiac tea" cured both diabetes and cancer. She was harassed by the medical industry. And prevented from practicing. She lived to be ninety.

Both of these natural healers treatments had much in common. Their healing herbs were the same or similar because they came from the same people:

Essiac (Flor Essence or Resperin) Tea contains Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, Slippery Elm Bark, Rhubarb Root, Watercress, Red Clover, Blessed Thistle.

Sebi’s Bio I and Bio II, which remove mucus and acidity from the body includes:Cascara Sagrada, Prodigiosa, Rhubarb, Drago, Sassia Fistula. Bio II Echinacea, Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Yarrow, Yellowdock, and Slippery Elm. His iron supplement, Maya contains Burdock Root & Elderberry. Irish Moss is a multi-mineral seaweed.

It’s good to stock up on these herbs and supplements or purchase these herbs in bulk and dried from direct sources. Also, learn to locate them in the wilderness.

Wildcrafting Get Books Pamphlets to Identify Plants In The Wilderness: What’s the Source of healing? The creator and maker of all and the world provided for us to live in. Prepare yourself to identify healing plants indigenous to your area in order to fight disease or make preparations on the run.

Get used to wildcrafting for and drying. Many of the Sebi and Essiac herbs are in the wilderness. Primarily, burdock root, milk thistle, and it’s not hard to find rhubarb root, elderberries, rowanberries dandelions, Japanese knotweed, and other healing plants.

Dandelions and dandelion roots. Eat the leaves in salads and juice the roots or dry them for teas to drink at night.

Japanese Knotweed is called an invasive plant species in British Columbia, but its screaming “eat me,” to all the Alzheimer’s patients. It’s a potent form of “resveratrol” an anti-oxidant that assists neuropathways in clearing out and eliminating plaque and free radicals. It’s ideal for cough, cold and respiratory disorders, so if you’re driven to fight a virus, pick it and use the roots in juices or dried in teas.

Eliminating plaque in the arteries, knotweed seems to be heart healthy and keeps the blood pressure normal. It also prevents blood clots. It also acts as a laxative, helping to reduce gastrointestinal distress. The resveratrol in Japanese knotweed decreases insulin resistance while improving insulin sensitivity, helping in blood sugar regulation. – It cannot be used in excess.

Rowan Berries

Elderberry and Rowanberry are excellent for arthritis prevention. They can easily be used to make syrups and fruit leathers. In other words, boil them like a jam or jelly and strain out the seeds and bottle (can) them. Or dry out the jelly-like fruit leather and roll into tablespoon dosages.

Chewing Pine, Cypress, Spruce Tree Resin – Toothpaste and gut cleanser. Tree oils and resins are anti-fungal, anti-bacteria and anti-viral.

Frankincense can come in the form of internal use powders, or sap gums that can be chewed, even pine (Chittim) gum. It cleanses the mouth of bacteria and causes the gut to be cleansed of parasites.

Boiling Pine Needle Tea can provide a camphor-like effect on the system.

So, How Else Can We Prep with Natural Healing In Mind? Essentials: Prep by storing natural, essential oils, and superfoods that support the gut, kill viruses, funguses, molds and parasites and pathogens, but taste good. This includes cooking herbs that are healing herbs and spices.

Let’s start with Essential Oils. Essential oils are antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial. Among the most effective oils are found in a formulation called “Thieves Oil.”

Thieves Oil – Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lemon Oil.This famous oil was used to fight the black plague in Europe. Thieves washed their hands in it before and after robbing corpses to keep themselves free from disease. Why? Modern science is always late in catching up, but here’s what they know now. Essential oils have Antimicrobial Properties, anti-viral, fighting e-coli, multiple strain of influenza, strep, salmonella and more…

Multi-Purpose Herbs and Spices Foods Counted As Healers. Ordinary cooking herbs and spices also have medicinal, herbal oil effects. Keep them in glass jars and in cooler climates, you can use plastic bags. You don’t want plastic leeching into the herbs and spices. Seasoning your food with herbs and spices is key to killing disease.

Spices are usually roots, fruits or seeds ground up into powders. All of these can be dried and ground into a powder. Which is called a “spice.”

  • Turmeric

  • Ginger

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Allspice (Pimento)

  • Berberine

  • Garlic

  • Onions

  • Pimento

  • Cinnamon

  • Clove

These spices have been well researched for their beneficial effects on cleansing the liver and kidneys and gallbladder and supporting body detoxification of the lymph. I will go into them individually in another segment. But they are both food and healers.

Basil, garlic, turmeric, ginger, burdock root, thyme, cayenne.

Herbs are green leafy, including pine plants. They are often dried to preserve them and eaten later. But they can be picked fresh if you plant pots of them and seeds. They can be boiled in small amounts of water for concentrated healing effects.

Thyme, Savory, Oregano, Rosemary are also included as powerful herbal healers included in the above study that sites natural herb, seed and tree oils as having powerful antifungal, viral and mold effects. This is why it’s important to cook with them. In the event that our foods are in any way contaminated, the herbs and spices can correct this.

  • Thyme

  • Savory

  • Oregano

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Cilantro

  • Basil

  • Cannabis

  • Dandelion

Cannabis in its raw, unheated form, juiced or added, uncooked to salads is recommended as a tasty herb, healing herb for the stomach.

Medicinal Oils Stock up on Black Cumin Seed Oil, CBD Oils are included with this. THC activated Cannabis is not recommended due to its mind-altering effects. These oils fight cysts and tumors, joint pain, arthritis, parasites, pathogens, fungus, and mold. DMSO and coconut oil carry other oils deep into tissues. Coconut oil is a food and a healer.

  • Black Cumin Seed Oil

  • CBD Oils

  • Oil of Oregano

  • Tea Tree Oil

  • Frankincense Seratta (stomach, skin)

  • Castor Oil

  • DMSO

  • Coconut Oil

These can be combined with things like baking soda, charcoal, resin powders, coconut and tea tree oil to make a toothpaste. Healing chemicals which we will go into next. They can be applied topically upon the head regularly to prevent disease and during times of severe illness. They can also be applied as a perfume on lymph and pulse points to prevent disease and provide a sweet-smelling aroma.

Multi-Use Healing Chemicals to Stock Pile: · Sea Salt

 · Cayenne Pepper

· Colloidal Silver

· Baking Soda

· Iodine· Borax

· Vinegar

· Charcoal

 · Castor Oil

· Bentonite Clay

All of these substances can be used for cleaning surfaces and cleansing the body in low concentrations to help fight illnesses and viruses. They are all multi-use, which is the key to stockpiling so they can be used in concert with one another or on their own. This is necessary for prepping.

Binders like charcoal can be used as a binder if someone is suffering from poison. Bentonite clay can be used as a slave and a binder when dealing with toxicity or poison. They can also be used in the garden for fertilizer.

Borax can be used to fight bugs in your bed and home and aunts and as plant fertilizers. Boron is excellent for a cleaning solution for laundry and home surfaces.

Iodine helps regulate the thyroid and aids the body in detoxification. It can also be used to clean fruits and vegetables in large amounts. It can be placed on wounds to speed healing and prevent contamination.

Salt and borax can both be used to cure meat, fish, and skins. Sea salt in a drum or keg can be used to preserve meat and fish. A slab of meat or fish can be placed in a keg of salt and be preserved for months.

Salt, boron, or baking soda or Hydrogen peroxide can be gargled to rid the mouth of bacteria and boost the immune system.

Salt, boron and hydrogen peroxide can be used in baths and enemas to help detoxify the body and support the immune system. Boron is very alkaline. It can be used as an eye salve. It is an internal supplement that can be purchased in proper doses for internal use. But the store-bought washing chemical is identical. It can be used to fight kidney stones by the Chinese and menstrual and prostate problems. Please research any applications.

There are a number of H202 healing treatments I will list here that come from other sites for treating your health, cleaning your home, fruits and vegetables. It can be used for introducing oxygen into the body to purge parasites and break down bio-films which have much to do with auto-immune diseases like AIDS, Cancer, and Lyme maintaining a stronghold.

Baking soda can also be used for enemas. Colloidal silver can also be used for enemas.

Multi-Purpose Superfoods that Nourish and Heal It’s important to stockpile superfoods that nourish and heal. This list is by no means exhaustive.

· Moringa

· Irish Moss & Other Seaweeds

· Apple cider vinegar

· Sauerkraut

· Kimchee

· Citrus Fruit

· Coffee

Moringa is high in nutrition, iron, and protein but is also a known parasite killer. As it is dry food, it doesn’t go bad.

Irish moss has over 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need, in addition to being a binder to toxins and ushering them out. It can be used as a soup stock base, equally the savory quality of chicken when mixed with onion, spices, and other seaweeds. It can be easily stored dry.Coffee. Contrary to popular belief, coffee is a superfood. It is best saved in bean form, then roasted into “blonde” a pan in the oven or on the stove. Then served fresh ground. 1500 different chemical reactions occur upon roasting permits the green seed to come alive to be assimilated by the body to become a pharmalogical food that can benefit our brains and bodies in numerous ways.

It aids the liver in detoxification. Doctors at the University of Minnesota showed that coffee administered rectally also stimulates an enzyme system in the liver called glutathione S-transferase by 600%-700% above normal activity levels. Palmitic acid in the coffee increases the production of glutathione. Detoxed minds and organs make us more optimistic and positive. That’s why we “need our coffee.”

Probiotic Foods Dual Function There was no refrigeration in the past. Instead, gut healing, gut bacteria boosting foods were the norm and they were regularly consumed. This supported the health of the community. And since “the gut is the seat of health,” probiotics are essential.

Saurkraut, apple cider vinegar, kimchee, and other salt-picked vegetables can provide this dual function for you. Especially when ill, increasing your probiotic food intake can markedly support your health. More importantly, they are disease prevention.

Dehydrating citrus superfoods like limes, lemons and oranges can generate rich, healing essential oils that can also work as pesticides. Dry these citrus fruits in slices to submerge in hot teas in the winter. Their rinds can be used for deodorant and boost your immunity.

Bottle essential citrus-oil run-off. Rub on lymphatic areas behind the ears, at the solar plexus, under the arms, on the feet and loins before you go to sleep, or after a hot bath or shower.

Basic Supplements: · Vitamin D

· CoQ10

· Digestive Enzymes

Most of our supplements can be found in our food or nature. This is the best form to consume them in. However, when we need an immunity boost and are in hiding and can’t get to the sun, vitamin D supplements will really help. CoQ10 is also a “ubiquitous” naturally enzyme that helps fight disease. It benefits the heart, liver, kidneys. Vitamin D speeds healing.

When one is ill or the system is bound up, it becomes more difficult for digestion to occur. It can be a simple solution to most problems with health. As the seat of health is in the stomach and lymphatic system, digestive enzymes with no pork in them can help.

To summarize:

  • Basic First Aid Kit

  • Anthelmintics (Dewormers)

  • Follow the Path of Ancient Healers

  • Muti-Use Foods, Oils, Chemicals

  • Stick to the Essentials - Essential Oils

  • Herbs & Spices are Food and Healers

I hope this helps. Again, have at least 3 of each category is a good start so you don’t have to feel overwhelmed with getting everything.

I may do more specific updates on the items listed and how these prepper items can benefit the body. But this is a start.

The best preparation for these times is to watch and pray and look for the sign of the Figtree shooting forth green leaves!
